Join us for the second EDI Forum of the year - "Impact of the Covid-19 Pandemic on Retention".

A panel of distinguished speakers will discuss the impact of the pandemic on the profession, focusing on retention. The event will be chaired by Bencher of the Inn and member of the Inn's Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Committee, Neil Chawla.

The panel will comprise:

  • Jo Sidhu QC (former president of the Society of Asian Lawyers and current Vice-Chair of the CBA).
  • Natasha Shotunde (Member of the Bar Race Working Group and Co-founder of Black Barrister’s Network).
  • Laurie-Anne Power (2019 BSN Lawyer of the Year and Bar Council Volunteer for education and member of the Bar Race Working Group).

The discussion will be followed by a Q&A session. It will be possible to ask anonymous questions during the Q&A to better foster open discussion

This event is open to all, including non-members of the Inn.
