This one-day interactive event brings together students, early-career researchers and those more advanced in their careers to connect and learn about applying EDI in real-world situations.

• Conversation stations exploring themes such as allyship, power and privilege, women in science, disability inclusion, LGBTQ+ representation, and neurodiversity in STEM led by EDI+ and IGNITE projects.

• Panel discussion and Q&A: Building Inclusive Research Cultures featuring diverse voices sharing experiences and practical insights.

• Networking and mentoring opportunities designed to spark collaboration and strengthen inclusive research communities..
