About this event

As part of the 2019 Edinburgh Festival of Cycling, Edinburgh ABC is proud to present an evening of talks and presentations from world class cyclists. Please note venue details:

Saughton Park, Old Stable Block, 6 Ford's Rd, Edinburgh EH11 3HP.

Come along to hear how Edinburgh resident Ken Talbot won the world record as fastest man in the world on a handcycle last year.

2014 Glasgow Commonwealth Games tandem paracyclist Laura Cluxton will talk about her journey to track cycling success and beyond.

This event follows an afternoon of taster sessions where anyone can try out a fleet of handcycles and tandems, in association with the Handcycling Edinburgh Club and VIE Velo, a tandem cycling club supporting people with visual impairments in Edinburgh to get cycling.
