Event description

Description

This course is designed to give an insight into the practical implementation of GCP and quality systems for research conducted in the non-commercial setting.

Whereas the course ‘GCP and the EU Directive’ focuses on the regulatory requirements for ‘drug trials’, this course is appropriate for researchers working in other areas where the ‘principles’ of GCP apply, for example devices and surgery. In addition, this course includes an overview of the ethics approval process and recent changes to the governance requirement for all research.
