This free event is organised by SNP Edinburgh Southern. We are celebrating Edinburgh’s role in Europe through its cultural ties, communities and outward-looking attitude. We want to celebrate those communities who have come here and settled, finding a home and contributing so much to the life of the city and our fellow Scots. We are also looking to the future and where we will find ourselves in Europe.

There will be several high-profile speakers, including Alyn Smith MEP, Tommy Sheppard MP, Joanna Cherry QC MP, and Minister for International Development and Europe, Dr Alasdair Allan MSP. There will also be live music and community acts.

As well as food and sales stalls, a language tent, Councillor's Surgery, children's activities and crafts, we will also have various bands throughout the day, playing an eclectic European mix, and including an Open Air Dashing White Sergeant and Strip the Willow!

Organised by SNP Edinburgh Southern, this event will have full permission from the City of Edinburgh Council, have all appropriate licences, and is endorsed by SNP Councillor, Sandy Howat.
