We’re celebrating Maths Week Scotland at Edinburgh Libraries!

If you’re aged between 7 - 11 years and love Maths, why not join us for some Maths-themed activities?

We’ll be exploring shape by looking at different kinds of Mobius strip.

We will make a multiplication circle and look at the number patterns that appear!

We’ll also be posing some brain teasers to get all you budding mathematicians going!

You will need:

A few sheets of plain paper, scissors, sticky tape, a pen or pencil, a ruler, something to draw a circle with, and a tape measure.

Parents please note:

This online event will take place on Microsoft Teams. Children must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the whole duration of the event online.

Please have your device’s camera and microphone switched on. This is an interactive session and we will encourage participation.

Please book your ticket with the same name as your Microsoft Teams account and enter the waiting room 5 minutes before the start of the event.

Book a ticket for each individual child attending. Please do not book a ticket for parents/legal guardians attending the event.
