Regular Meditation can help you to bring peace and joy to your mind, and also to your body. When our mind is peaceful, we are free from worries and mental discomfort, and so we experience true happiness.
For many of us who hold our worries and tension in our body, meditation becomes a great opportunity to relax physically, which in turn improves our sleep & increases energy levels.
Our monthly classes welcome in everyone from beginners to more experienced meditators, and there will be time after to stay and enjoy teas & coffees.
