The PMDD Power Support Group

Each meet up lasts 2 hours. The first hour we have a share around how the month has been for us, a chance to ask questions and share experiences, alongside gaining support from each other. We take a break between and then the second half is activity based. A wide range of health practitioners have donated their time each month to come in and provide a service to us that will help our mental health. It is absolutely optional to participate in the share and activity. People are free to leave at any point. Please note this is a peer led support group and we are not health professionals. There will be a table for resources including sign posting to mental health services and others. We finish each session with a brain dump onto paper and bin it upon leaving to clear our heads of the mental clutter which is proven to aid sleep and reduce stress.
