As an experienced property investor, specialist finance adviser and business mentor, with a lot of in-depth knowledge of the local market, I will share my experiences of how I built and managed a successful and profitable property business. Having built a portfolio of 25 Edinburgh properties over an eight-year period, I will explain how to source the most suitable finance products as well as ways to manage and rapidly grow your business.

Unlike many ‘property investment’ groups, we focus on simple strategies that are proven to be successful in the local area. By working closely together our group hopes to provide help and support for each other on our individual property journeys.
