Keeping our staff, buildings and companies safe from people with malicious intent is key for all organisations. In recognition of this ever changing threat, Police Scotland will be delivering a number of workshops and seminars to tackle some of the biggest risks.
Project Griffin seeks to enlist the help and support of individuals or groups responsible for the safety and security of buildings, businesses, districts or neighbourhoods. It provides an official and direct channel through which the police can share and update vital information relating to security and crime prevention. Its primary mission is to engage, encourage and enable members of the community to work in partnership with the police to deter, detect and counter terrorist activity and crime.
NaCTSO Document Awareness workshop aims to make staff who are involved in employment and human resources aware of the possible counterfit or fraudulent ways in which criminals can gain access to your organisation. Using real life examples and taking delegates through the basics it hopes to add another line to your organisations defences.
Insider Threat / Cyber Awareness looks at how our organisations can protect its systems and data. Where are these threats coming from and how can we combat them?
Each seminar/workshop will be run twice allowing delegates to chose those that best suit them. Please detail when booking which sessions you wish to attend.
