Annual Volunteer Recruitment Fair

Cost Free entry to members of the public – no need to book – just turn-up!

We welcome stall applications from volunteer involving organisations (such as registered charities, social enterprises, community interest companies, and public/statutory bodies such as the local council, NHS and Police). Please also ensure that you review and are in accord with our values before booking a stall. If you have any queries about your eligibility to host a stall please get in-touch.

• Over 50 organisations looking for volunteers

• volunteering and employment specialists

• a friendly café to relax and refresh in

• access to hundreds of volunteering opportunities

• free workshops

If you are looking for a way to recruit more diverse and skilled volunteers, then why not book a stall at Edinburgh’s Volunteer Recruitment Fair? The biggest event of its kind in Scotland, this is a great recruitment and networking opportunity.

Now firmly positioned as the capital’s volunteering event of the year, the fair will showcase volunteering opportunities from across the city, helping to put volunteers in touch with volunteer involving organisations and vice-versa.

How much will it cost?

Costs for a stall are from £59 depending on your organisation’s annual income + a small booking fee. Stalls will be allocated on a first come, first served basis.

Every stall booked will include 2 lots of catering vouchers – and each lot includes 2 refreshment vouchers, and 1 lunch voucher. The vouchers can be redeemed at the café inside the venue.

We understand that staff handover will happen throughout the course of the event, and for that reason we are offering organisations to purchase additional vouchers at £10.15 each (must be booked in advance).

During last year’s hugely successful event, We had 57 stalls and over 1,100 visitors to the event.
