Jean Hobson, Service manager will take you through the process for applying for an Education Health Care Plan, known as a Needs Assesment. She will explain the legal tests that must be fufilled, the process, what to include in your application and time frames involved. There are opportunitines to chance to ask questions thoughout the session.
