Event description

Description

Just 21% of pupils eligible for free school meals make it to university, compared to 85% of pupils from independent schools. Join us for a debate on how we can close this achievement gap, and find out how you can start making a difference today.

At our Education Matters debate you will hear our panel of inspirational speakers discuss the challenge of educational inequality and how we can boost the achievement, access and aspirations of children from low-income backgrounds. You will also find out how you can make a difference, both while you are at university and once you graduate, by joining our movement to end educational inequality.

You will have the opportunity to share your own opinions and put your questions to our panel. Most importantly, you will find out how you can begin addressing this social injustice today.

Places are limited, so sign up now.
