This session will support your staff with the latest guidance for using online services like Glow including effective communication, keeping information as safe and secure as possible, and supporting learners with better online habits.

It will explain the three key messages from Education Scotland for supporting learners with using device and online platforms:

• Consume, Create and Communicate - understanding how learners engage with devices and online platforms

• Recognise, React and Recover - how to be cyber resilient and secure your devices and online platforms against scams and security risks

• Safe, Smart and Kind - promoting positive behaviour online to support learners' wellbeing
