This training workshop is aimed primarily at adoptive parents and school staff teaching adopted children although it will also be of benefit to those caring for or working with children in foster or kinship care.
Now that schools have been back for a few weeks some children may still be finding it difficult to settle into learning in their new school or class. This workshop aims to explore some of the underlying reasons why this may be the case and to suggest approaches and strategies to support children at school and at home.
