Understand how to conduct effective appraisals
Develop SMART objectives
Review performance against objectives and give feedback
Rate performance and identify the difference between ratings
Describe how behaviour links to objectives
Identify positive and negative examples of behaviour
Demonstrate effective use of the skills involved in an appraisal meeting.
