Effective communication strategies

This training session aims to provide frontline staff and other professionals with effective communication strategies when interacting with individuals who have experienced a brain injury via email and phone calls.

The objective of this session is to help participants understand the challenges faced by brain injury survivors and learn ways to communicate with them in a clear and concise manner.

By the end of the session, participants will be able to comprehend the importance of using simple language, providing clarity in emails, and practicing active listening during phone calls. The session will also provide tips on how to adapt communication styles to meet the unique needs of individual brain injury survivors.
