Seal Enterprises are now offering a suite of courses that have been specifically designed and structured to enable delegates to partake in a ‘personal development plan’ which would allow delegates to address, explore and enhance a range of valuable professional development skills, techniques and practices.

The suite with its individual ‘topic elements’ has been constructed to run either as a consecutive programme or as stand-alone units that can be taken out of phase to allow delegates the flexibility over time.

Each element considers the personal and the interpersonal development of the delegates’ needs and requirements. By allowing each delegate to explore, develop and practise a range of techniques and methodologies at each element stage, they will build a comprehensive skillset that will collate into a portfolio of effective techniques.

Therefore, by offering you a suite of programmes designed specifically for your delegates over an agreed period, i.e. 6 weeks, 12 weeks, 6 months, on a role-on‑role-off format, we are able to monitor the delegates’ progression and tailor the programme for each delegate to gain maximum ROI on your business.
