Effective Deployment of TAs - For Teachers

Delegates are required to attend both sessions on: 14th Jan 26 & 4th Feb 26

Teaching assistants play a vital role in supporting pupils’ learning in schools and colleges. In this series of sessions, we will explore how teachers can effectively deploy TAs in their classrooms to maximise their impact on pupils’ learning and outcomes. We will explore how we can get the best from the TAs we work with through effective partnerships. The sessions will identify specific, implementable strategies to deploy TAs effectively to support high-quality learning in the classroom to support learning whilst still encouraging pupils’ independence.
