This 3-hour employee representatives online workshop provides reps with an overview of their role, explores the benefits of consultation, and develops key skills and knowledge to maximise the effectiveness of the role in a way that not only benefits the reps themselves, but all parties (employees, management, the business/organisation).
Who it's for
This workshop is suitable for newly elected or potential reps but can also act as a refresher for existing reps who want to be more effective in their role. The course content is applicable for reps from all business and sectors.
