Session 2 - Effective financial reporting that empowers decision making and delivery of strategy
Accurate and timely financial information is key, so how can you speed up month end close? Rapid and accurate financial information keeps the charity agile and proactive in delivery of its strategy and responding to changes on a timely basis. Do you have and monitor appropriate financial metrics and what are key elements of good financial reporting.
