Sim-Uni is a collaborative, computerbased simulation which allow participants to experience a virtual university and to work together, to negotiate and to think strategically.

You will work in teams corresponding to different functions in the University - research, teaching, administration and support - to explore how these integrate and affect the overall direction.

Over the course of the exercise, teams can see the impact of their decisions on their own work area and the university as a whole. This promotes big-picture, integrated thinking and helps to reduce silos.

Mary Dees, behavioural consultant and coach, will run the session. Pixel Fountain are a Stockport-based consultancy specialising in innovative solutions to common organisational issues, often using gaming or online approaches.
