About this event

Trainer: Christina Lister, a marketing and audience development consultant, specialising in working with museums, heritage sites and cultural venues.

In this training we will cover:

  • how to identify and understand your audiences
  • how to choose marketing methods and communication channels for different people, including schools, families and special interest groups
  • top tips for effective low/no budget digital marketing of your learning and engagement offer
  • simple marketing evaluation
  • a marketing campaign plan template.

This event will take place on Zoom. It will form the first part of the October Heritage Engagement & Learning Group meeting.

People who do not usually attend this are very welcome to book onto the training anyway. For those who do usually come, please do register on this occasion as well!
