This timely session will help equip leaders with both theory and practical, real-world advice to improve the impact and effectiveness of your political and policy engagement.

What to Expect
Option 1: 90-minute Online Masterclass
- Theory and live examples of best practice in engaging, influencing, and negotiating with policymakers – focussing particularly on politicians and government officials from the devolved institutions
- Using an insiders’ view to unpack the motivations and drivers of policymakers, and recommending effective engagement devices and hooks which talk directly to these
- Considering other voices in the policy ecosystem which college leaders can harness and deploy to their benefit when influencing policymakers
