Effective Signposting and use of BFIS (for new FHN Members):

This introductory workshop will provide the essential information you need to feel confident signposting families who may ask for help now that you are part of the Family Hub Network.

Facilitated by the Family Hub Team, including a Lead Partnership Practitioner, Community Coordinator and Information Outreach Officer, this workshop will include:

*An introduction to the Family Hub Network

*Key principles of effective signposting

*An overview of the BFIS website and how to navigate the platform to access the information you need to support children, young people and families

*Hints and tips when searching for information on common issues

*Time for questions and to provide feedback
