To share a working model, and how Finance Directors and colleagues bought into the process, and subsequently the business. How talent planning underpins L & D.
Sharing the key learning’s, and hints and tips.

Speaker: Tricia Hadfield Retired, Previously 30 years at Tesco, though definitely not 1 year 30 times over!
Prior to joining Tesco l was in Sales and Retailing. Joining Tesco in 1985 and spending 15 years in stores in the North West in Stock Management and HR. In 2000 moving to Head Office in Hertfordshire heading up a project on Effective Communication in stores, then heading up an Incentive Trial in Bakeries. This lead to 3 years working with unions and forums on pay review and strategy. 3 years with the unions and multi sites working towards offshoring payroll and Finance to Bangalore. My final role in Head Office prior to my retirement was HR Business Partner to Finance, which is when I facilitated a talent planning process, alongside the generalist HR role including a Finance total restructure of 500 + roles, performance coach.
I am an MBTI practitioner, completed experienced assessment CIPD in 2012, and gained co-active coaching and counselling qualifications.
Times: 6.30pm for 7pm until 8pm
Tea and coffee at the start and buffet at the end for extra networking.
