HAVE YOU LOST YOUR MOJO DUE TO POOR POSTURE?

This workshop is for people that wish to improve their posture. Whether poor posture is causing pain, affecting your health or confidence, this is the workshop for you. Our mission is to help you look and feel better.

What you will learn

  • How posture can alter your body’s functions and why you shouldn’t ignore them

  • How to identify which postural changes are affecting YOU

  • Discover NATURAL ways to improve your posture

What to expect

  • This is a fun and stimulating environment to learn about how to perfect your posture!

  • The workshop contains lots of practical advice and solutions that you can fit in to everyday life

What you will need

  • Nothing but yourself and your X-ray/MRI results if you want clarification!

Who is it for?

This workshop is for anyone struggling with the effects of poor posture including pain and lack of confidence. If you want a different perspective, you’re fed up of taking medication that makes you feel ‘spaced out’ or for those of you that just want to understand your condition better and what you can do to help yourself.
