3rd - Norah Coyne - Attract What You Desire: Vision Boards Made Easy For Beginners

Vision boarding is a fun and fabulous way to positively get clear on, and achieve your desires (goals)! Using a collection of images or objects either digitally or physically that reflect the future you want to create, a vision board becomes a visual map of where you're heading.

In this session, you will quickly learn techniques to help you make and work with a Vision Board, to help you attract whatever it is you desire on your souls path.

4th - Joe Roe - Believe You Can Achieve - Using a Super Cool Coaching Tracker and Tool

We all experience self-limiting beliefs at different points in our lives. Your unkind self-talk with your inner critic saying things like, "I’m not good enough", "I can’t do this," or "I’m useless". Time to grab a pen and paper and let's shift and build your beliefs into "I am good enough", "I can do this" and "I am useful".

5th - Helen Williams - Discover The Power Of Colour And How It Can Help You Know Yourself Better

Everything is energy, frequency and vibration. Understanding the frequencies of colour shows how colour can reveal everything to know yourself better. It helps to bring up old stuck emotions for clearing and break repeating patterns that may be holding you back from enjoying your best life.

When you have a session with colour - the 'Colour Mirrors' bottles choose you and I interpret what your soul/higher self is trying to tell you.

In the demonstration Helen will explain the basics of how colour works and talk about the important colour energies coming up for all of us in 2022 by looking at Colour with numerology.

The concept of self-care has emerged within the past decade or so as a pre-requisite to wellbeing and life satisfaction. But what actually constitutes self-care? What counts and what doesn't? And when we feel pressure to "take care of ourselves", does it actually defeat the objective we're trying to achieve?

In this talk I'll be exploring these questions and introducing the concept of Self-Care with Compassion, and why this is actually a more helpful approach to experiencing greater wellbeing.
