Supporting Minoritised Young Dads/Men

What do we mean by Minoritised young men?

Statistically, young people from Minoritised Communities are underrepresented in accessing health support and youth work provision.

This workshop will explore;

-What can we as professionals do to make our services more accessible and welcoming to young people from Minoritised Communities.

-What if any, are the barriers and challenges to working with Minoritised young men in the areas that you work in?

-What can we do to remove those barriers that stop Minoritised young men accessing your service?

Reflect on your own practice your organisation and see how that fits within the organisations culture as a whole.
