Relax and refresh mind, body and soul with an hour of mindfulness meditation. Suitable for new comers and those with more experience.
Doors open 7pm, meditation starts 7:10pm.

The hour will include a guided meditation commentary leading us into an experience of efforless presence; led by Stephen Davies who has 25 years experience of teaching, studying and practising meditation.
