Dave Gammon - Chief Transformer, Sixth Sense Business

A 25 year business career took me from a 16 year old Clerical Assistant to Director of Financial Operations via such incredible organisations as Tesco, Selfridges, Diageo, Ernst and young, Energis, Orange and British Gas.

I spent a long period of my career working in and then running Corporate Audit functions. This Finance function backwater (ask any accountant) gave me access to every function in the organisations I served and a chance to work with (and report on) some of those most talented people in their respective fields. It gave me a unique breadth and depth of understanding of how businesses work at all levels, from the boardroom to the shopfloor.

After leaving the corporate world I took a break before embarking on my career as a business coach, supporting small businesses as they embark on growth plans. These pioneering Business owners found value in my corporate experience and my ability to challenge, agitate and inspire them and their teams.

I now work with Small and Medium sizes businesses training, developing and coaching Owners, Directors, Manangers and key employees using a powerful yet simple blend of commercial and psychological tools. 

My goals is to help everyone to bring their best perfromance and also to have a signifncatnly heightened experience of their business work. 

Outside of work I am passionate about conservation, a keen snowboarder, mountaineer, socialiser and traveller.
