EFT for Procrastination: From “Maybe Later” to “Done!”

By Irena Barton

Overview

Fun, light-hearted EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) group session that will help you tame your Inner Rebel into cooperation

“I’ll do it tomorrow.”

Famous last words of every brilliant woman… ever. 😅

If you’ve ever found yourself scrolling, snacking, or arranging your socks by colour instead of starting that project, you’re in very good company.
Meet Miss ‘Not Now’ — your witty, dramatic, utterly convincing Inner Rebel who always has a reason NOT to start.

This fun, light-hearted EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) group session is all about giving Miss Not Now her moment in the spotlight — and then gently tapping her back into cooperation.

Together we’ll:
✨ Identify what your “inner rebel” is really protecting you from.
✨ Tap through the guilt, the resistance and the “I’ll do it later” voice.
✨ Laugh at ourselves (because self-irony heals faster than self-criticism).
✨ Reclaim your energy and your ability to begin — on your own terms.

You’ll leave feeling lighter, amused, and surprisingly ready to take that first step — not because you should, but because it suddenly feels possible.

Bring your humour, your half-finished to-do list, and your favourite cup of tea. ☕
Miss Not Now is welcome too — she’ll probably protest, but bring her anyway. 😉

If you have never tried EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques, aka Tapping), this is a great opportunity to experience it personally guided by an experienced EFT trainer. Motivational speakers like Tony Robbins, Jack Canfield and Joe Vitale use EFT in their seminars for its effectiveness.
EFT is an acupuncture-based technique that involves finger tapping on the face and body, which dramatically reduces stress levels both mentally and physically. There have been more than 100 scientific studies over the last decade exploring its effectiveness for a wide range of issues.
