About this event

Have you have been living with anxiety, stress & overwhelm for a long time, and nothing has helped?


I have been teaching EFT, also known as Tapping, for over 12 years. Working with an experienced EFT Practitioner, you can discover and release the root cause of your anxiety quickly and effectively.


Tapping results in lasting change, i.e. once the root cause of the anxiety is released in all its aspects, you will not experience that problem again.


Anxiety can be triggered by a memory or event from the past, or a belief you formed around something that happened in childhood. It’s your body going into a fight-flight-freeze response.


Our FFF response is designed to keep us safe, however, it can become maladaptive and we start getting triggered by things that are not a danger to us.


I have been working with people for over 12 years, so you will be completely supported throughout your time working with me. Sessions will be contained so that at the end, you can go about your day in a calm and relaxed way.

I don't know anything about EFT Tapping

Tapping is simple to learn, and you will be shown the Tapping points and how to tap at the start of your first session. Please allow 10 minutes for this. This will not be taken out of your session time.

What happens if I get emotional

You will be supported and kept safe throughout your sessions. I will guide you through a few simple grounding and breathing techniques should you wish to use them.

What if I have a questions between my sessions

You will be able to contact me and ask questions between sessions.

About me:

I have been on my own journey of personal development and healing since 2003. In 2008 I trained as a Master NLP Practitioner.  In 2011, I trained as an EFT Practitioner and became an Advanced EFT Practitioner in 2015. I have found that no other technique comes close to the results I get with EFT, whether for myself or my one-to-one clients.

I am passionate about helping others to live a healthier, happier life. I have taught EFT to many people including the Senior Management Team at a prison, prison staff, Cancer Support Charities, teachers and a Recovery College to name a few.

I have worked with people on a one-to-one basis and helped them overcome childhood trauma, financial worries, painful relationship breakups, migraines and other physical pain and helped people to move forward with their career goals.
