Are you a successful business leader ... but want you products and services to be even more attractive to customers?

You have lots of ideas on how to improve your products and services, but are not sure how to pick the winners. You are not sure which ones will work best and drive the strongest and most profitable growth.

You know that you must offer products that customers want and will find attractive.  But you find that market research tends to be interesting rather than helpful. But do you find the "insights" are detached from the decisions you need to create products and services people will love to buy.

On the other hand, informal customer feedback is often anecdotal and you are not sure how robust it is.

Sometimes customer feedback is not all that inspiring. Customers tend to look backwards to their experiences in the past and cannot see beyond that. They are not able to see what you could do to help them.  You still need to have the vision. You know you have to come up with the ideas and have to make the call on what to do.

It can tough to get everyone to see that investing in things that deliver what customers want will drive profitable growth.  It is tough to get everyone to agree with you and provide the support you need to make it happen

The most effective growth leaders grapple with these issues and work through them to create products, services and marketing messages that customers love and will drive profitable growth.

Over the past 15 years at Differentiate, we have studied what you must do to create an irresistible product or service that your customers will love to buy. And explored how you should market it to ensure you get more growth for your business. And most importantly what you must do to convince yourself and your colleagues that the risk is worth it.

On the 17th September 2013, we have assembled an impressive team to share their real life practical experiences of how to address these questions.

Network .... Learn .... Get ideas
