Dancing is the perfect way to relieve stress, keep fit and have fun. It doesn’t matter whether you have never danced before, the beauty of this form of dance is that it is accessible to everyone whatever your ability, fitness level or age. This workshop will introduce you to some simple movements to warm up with, which we will then put together in a dance. It aims to inspire and to bring out your creativity in a fun way. If you love a drum beat and want to wiggle those hips this dance is for you!
