Description

It is a pleasure to invite you to this year’s Faculty of Education, Health and Community’s Annual Research Day, taking place on Monday 18th June at the Liverpool City Centre Crowne Plaza. The theme for this year’s Research Day is ‘Building a research team’.

We would like to invite you to submit an abstract for this event, and would welcome submissions from all staff and PGR students across the faculty.

You can choose to submit an abstract for the poster presentation or an oral presentation; posters will be displayed for the duration of the event and judged during the lunch break. Oral presentations will last 20 minutes (15 minutes presenting time and 5 minutes for discussion and Q&A with delegates).

Key points for submission:

  • Abstracts should be no longer than 200 words
  • Clearly identify whether you would like to submit for an oral presentation or a poster presentation
  • Presentations should be limited to 10 slides.
  • Posters should be printed size A0

Important Dates:

  • Deadline for submission: Friday 13th April 2018
  • Notification of acceptance: by Tuesday 1st May 2018
