The aim of this talk is to offer Richmond parents an overview of the EHCP process in the borough, your rights in law around EHCPs and Annual Reviews, and what should be included in an effective Plan.

Alex Hardy, our presenter, has been working with families in Richmond to secure viable EHCPs since 2014. Trained in SEN law by the Council for Disabled Children and IPSEA he now works as an independent SEN Advisor for RUILS.

There will be light refreshments and opportunity for parents/carers to ask Alex questions during and after the session.
