**Mae'r digwyddiad hwn wedi'i hwyluso gan Peter Bayliss, Cynrychiolydd Dysgu Undeb Llawrydd ar gyfer Undeb y Cerddorion trwy CULT Cymru.

At bwy y mae'n cael ei anelu?

Os ydych chi'n ymwneud ag ymarfer creadigol neu yn y diwydiannau creadigol—mae'r sesiwn hon yn berthnasol i chi. Mae'r sesiwn 2.5 awr hon wedi'i hanelu at y rhai sy'n gweithio yn y diwydiannau creadigol sydd am ddiogelu eu gwaith a'u creadigaethau, o gerddorion, awduron, actorion, cynhyrchwyr i ddylunwyr. Mae IP yn eich helpu i gael gwerth o syniadau - troi ysbrydoliaeth yn llwyddiant busnes cynaliadwy a rhoi hwb i'r economi.

Nod y sesiwn

Bydd y Gweminar "Eiddo Deallusol " yn esbonio beth yw eiddo deallusol (IP) a sut y gellir ei ddiogelu. Mae'r Gweminar wedi'i deilwra ar gyfer pobl yn y diwydiannau creadigol.

• Cyfrinachedd

Bydd hwn yn weminar ddeniadol sy'n cwmpasu'r holl IP gyda phwyslais ar Hawlfraint a Dyluniadau gyda chyfle i sesiwn holi ac ateb ar y diwedd ynghyd â mynediad a gwybodaeth am adnoddau IPO a fydd yn helpu i wella eich gwybodaeth ymhellach.

Mae hawlfraint, patentau, dyluniadau a nodau masnach i gyd yn fathau o amddiffyniad eiddo deallusol (IP).

Hyfforddwr - Natalie Salkeld

Mae Natalie wedi gweithio yn y Gwasanaeth Sifil ers bron i 30 mlynedd ac ymunodd â'r Swyddfa Eiddo Deallusol (IPO) yn 2021. Mae wedi gweithio mewn sawl adran yn y Swyddfa ac mae ganddi brofiad o ddarparu a chynghori ar bob agwedd ar Eiddo Deallusol. Mae hi wedi bod yn aelod o'r Tîm Allgymorth Busnes ers 2022 ac yn teithio ledled y DU gan gyflwyno'r neges IP i BBaCh a rhanddeiliaid eraill ynghyd â hyrwyddo'r offer ar-lein IPO sydd ar gael.

Intellectual Property 4 Creatives

This event has been facilitated by Peter Bayliss, Freelance Union Learning Representative for the Musicans Union via CULT Cymru.

Who is it aimed at?

If you are involved in a creative practice or in the creative industries—this session applies to you. This 2.5 hours session is aimed at those who work in the creative industries wanting to protect their work and creations, from muscians, writers, actors, producers to designers. IP helps you to gain value from ideas - turning inspiration into sustainable business success and boosting the economy.

Aim of the session

The “Intellectual Property 4 Creatives” Webinar will explain what intellectual property(IP) and how it can be protected. The Webinar is tailored towards people within the creative industries.

The session will cover:

• Trade marks
• Copyright
• Designs
• Patents
• Confidentiality

This will be an engaging webinar covering all IP with an emphasis on Copyright and Designs with an opportunity of a Q & A session at the end along with access and information concerning IPO resources that will help enhance your knowledge further.

By the end of the workshop attendees will have ...

• Gained a good understanding of all the IP rights
• Know how to protect the IP rights they may have
• Knowledge of resources that are available to them.

The Intellectual Property Office is the official government body for intellectual property rights within the UK.

Copyright, patents, designs and trade marks are all types of intellectual property (IP) protection.

Trainer - Natalie Salkeld

Natalie has worked in the Civil Service for almost 30 years and joined the Intellectual Property Office(IPO) in 2021. She has worked in several departments within the Office and has experience in delivering and advising on all aspects of Intellectual Property. She has been a member of the Business Outreach Team since 2022 and travels throughout the UK delivering the IP message to SME’s and other Stakeholders along with promoting the IPO online tools available.

Cancellation and Refunds Policy

A full refund will be issued to delegates who cancel at least 2 weeks prior to the event. Delegates who cancel within the 2 week period will not be eligible for a refund unless we are able to find someone else to take their place. Please let us know as soon as possible if you find you're no longer able to attend the workshop.
