Do you want to manage your stresses and anxieties better? Are you often run down, tired and self critical? Or craving some space and downtime? This Eight Week Mindfulness Based Living Course is suitable for everyone and mixes theory and the practices of Mindfulness to enhance our sense of wellbeing and enjoyment in our daily lives.

Scientific research has proven the many benefits of Mindfulness and highlights it's positive impact on both mental and physical health, these include:

* decreases in anxiety, stress, chronic pain and gastrointestinal difficulties

* ability to focus and boost working memory, build resilience skills and experience increases in sleep quality

* increases happiness and immune function

* reduces emotional reactivity and increases our levels of awareness and perception

The course comprises of eight sessions that take place weekly from Thursday 14th September to Thursday 2nd November 2017 between 10:00am and 12:00pm.
