Eighth: Reclaiming Your Forgiveness is part of our four-part workshop series - Reclaiming Your Power - for women and women-identifying survivors of abuse and harassment, to work through the tricky stuff that comes with survival. In each workshop we’ll be working with one of our four interconnected themes for the Reclaiming Your Power series: Courage, Anger, Hope and Forgiveness.

We use Muay Thai, Yoga, Breath-work, and Somatic Exercises because we know from experience that trauma affects your body as well as your mind. Our workshops are led by an incredible team of experienced teachers and practitioners, and at the end of every session, we come together for a women’s circle to share reflections, solidarity and support.

We know this stuff is hard and everyone’s healing is on a different timeline, so it’s important to say that our workshops aren’t a replacement for therapy or all the crucial care that needs to happen when you’re right in the eye of the storm – we strongly recommend that you contact one of the excellent front-line support services below as your first port of call. What should wear to the event?

Something you feel comfortable working out in, t-shirt/shorts/leggings. You won't need trainers as we'll be working out barefoot.

Do I need to bring equipment?

No need to bring gloves or equipment, we have all that! But if you have your own gloves, you are welcome to bring those along.
