With the removal of Tribunal Fees, it is certain that we will see an increase in Employment Tribunal claims as employees will no longer be deterred by having to pay a fee to issue proceedings. Employers need to make sure they are operating in compliance with current legislation, much of which has evolved during the period the fees were in operation. This webinar looks back on developments since 2013 and trends in work place disputes.


UK businesses should be preparing now for the introduction of General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR), which will apply in the UK from 25th May 2018. Any business that procures, stores and uses information relating to employees, customers and client data will need to review their current governance in order to start implementing new measures in time to ensure they are legally compliant with the GDPR.
