ELAN Knowledge Sharing
About this event
The aim of these sessions is for members to discuss queries about their cases, to think about how recent cases impact the advice they provide and to hear and learn from others about the approach they take to certain sets of facts.
We aim to pick a topic for each session and to have some time for other questions. We will invite volunteer employment law experts to this session to guide our members. In the absence of any volunteers, the sessions will be peer-led learning opportunities.
The aims of the sessions are:
- improve knowledge
- improve skills
- improve the advice provided to the most vulnerable of workers
- improve the confidence of employment advisers
- improve understanding of communities including those who do not know where to go to seek legal advice.
The next session will run on 7 June at 1.30pm and we are delighted to welcome John Horan from Cloisters who will discuss Article 13 and access to justice.
