Join us for an Eldest Daughter Social Hike led by an experienced trail lead from Epping Forest Heritage Trust on Saturday 20th September, 11am-3pm. This is a chance to step away from everyday responsibilities, spend time in nature, and connect with other eldest daughters.
We’ll take a gentle, accessible route with breaks along the way, creating space for conversation, reflection and simply enjoying the outdoors together. You don’t need to be an experienced hiker — just bring comfortable shoes, water and an open mind.
What to Expect
- 🌿 A guided group hike led by Noreen
- 🗣 Opportunities to share stories and experiences with other eldest daughters
- 💛 A supportive, understanding space to relax and connect
- 🍎 Time for a picnic-style lunch break (please bring your own lunch/snacks)
- 🌸 A chance to leave feeling lighter, grounded, and connected
This event is about building community, taking time for yourself, and finding joy in nature.
Come as you are, we can’t wait to walk with you!
