Join Mark for a guided breathwork journey. Immerse yourself a soothing electronic music mixed especially for these breathwork sessions, all from the comfort of your own home.

Whether you're new to the world of breathwork, or just a fan of electronic music, you are very welcome. No prior experience is necessary. Just bring an open mind and a willingness to enjoy the music and explore new ways of finding calm and balance.

During this 60-minute online live session, you will be safely and gently guided through a breathing practice that can release emotions, stress, and anxiety stored in the body, and help you access a deep state of calm.

Great for anyone new to breathwork as well as those with experience.

This is a virtual session which you can join from the comfort of your home - or anywhere with an internet connection. Here are a few tips for making the most of your virtual experience:

  • Listen with high quality headphones or a good sound system
  • Make sure you'll be warm and comfortable with a blanket and pillow
  • Use an eye mask to go deeper into the experience
  • Limit distractions as much as possible
  • Allow yourself to simply enjoy the practice and see where it takes you

Contraindication Warning for Breathing Sessions:

The breathing techniques taught in this session are powerful and can create strong physical responses. For your safety, please read the following before booking.

These sessions are not recommended if you have:

  • Severe or uncontrolled hypertension (high blood pressure)
  • Epilepsy
  • Serious cardiovascular issues (e.g. history of stroke, heart attack, or arrhythmias)
  • History of fainting (syncope)
  • Pregnancy

If you have any other medical condition or are unsure whether this class is suitable, please consult your doctor first. Participation is always at your own risk and responsibility.

Please also note:

  • Always practise lying down or sitting in a safe, comfortable place (never in water, while driving, or standing).
  • These sessions are best done on an empty stomach.

Mark is from the Lake District (UK) and now lives in London. He is a certified Naad Yoga teacher, Wim Hof Method instructor, Aria Breath licensee, and Soma breathwork instructor. He creates bespoke soundtracks which play a lead role in these breathwork sessions.

Mark has performed wellbeing activities for the likes of Meta, Google, Amazon, TikTok, Soho House, and Sense Arts. He works as the UK manager for GONG where he arranges gong baths and sound meditation for corporate clients, as well as putting together public sessions across London and online sessions 7 days a week, via a team of gong practitioners.
