No previous experience with cacao or dance is needed — just come as you are.

💫 About your guide

Katie is a somatic dance guide, transformational coach, Registered Nutritionist, Functional Medicine practitioner and writer. She creates soulful spaces for women to heal their relationship with their body, release stress and negative thinking and remember their wisdom within.

Her approach offers a bridge between the physical and the sacred, blending modern science with earth-centred spiritual traditions. Her work is dedicated to reweaving the connection with nature and the cyclic intelligence of the body to create self-trust, peace and inner freedom.

Music is at the heart of our journey - a soulful celebration of sounds that will help you drop out of your head and into the wisdom of your body. Katie weaves tribal rhythms, electronica, medicine songs, sacred sounds, and more into an evocative set that aligns with the spirit of the ceremony.
