Elements & Sound Circles

I’ve designed a calming and beautiful session based on the Elements - Earth, Water, Fire, and Air where we will be in fresh air, by water, grounding barefoot and using fire to cement our intentions & manifestations.

We will form a circle with a beautiful poem, meditation, soundscape, soundbath with an array of musical instruments, I will of course bring Oracle cards and the talking stick for a sharing circle at the end. Not compulsory.

Booking essential - Limited places

This will be on the piece of land above the sand dunes, full location details will be provided nearer the time.

What to expect:

Introduction/poem/meditation/breathing exercises
Full sound bath experience
Group Reiki offered - Angelic Reiki
Oracle Cards
Closing of session/sharing ciecle

Please bring:

Mat/chair something to lie or sit on, Pillow/blankets, drink/snacks if you like

Weather appropriate clothing and footwear (it can get cold)
