Begin with a calming chamomile tea on arrival, followed by a guided ELEMIS nighttime skincare ritual to nourish and reset your skin for the evening.

Then, drift into stillness as you take part in a one-hour sound bath in our tranquil Abbey Suite, designed to relax the nervous system and guide you into deep rest.

This experience is the perfect way to wind down and set yourself up for a restorative night's sleep.

What to Bring: A mat, pillow, blanket and sleep eye mask for complete comfort.
