Where will we go for post run coffee and pastries?

St Clairs cafe, where we will finish our run.

Bag drop will not be available as this is a special event outside our regular home base.

ēlev. well knows how great moving together makes us feel. Improvement is seen when all physical, social and mental pillars align.

This week we join forces with TFCC, a community encouraging everyone to build the healthiest and happiest life by creating deep connections with ourselves and likeminded people.

Together, we will socially run from Marble Arch to Holland Park where we will select a few discussion prompts to speak our minds whilst we have our usual coffee and pastries. This is no race, it's a safe space for all to enjoy movement. We welcome all abilities; all we need is your energy. Pace groups can be created depending on numbers on the day if required.
