A highly interactive two hour workshop with practical takeaways focussing on: the importance of employee engagement; its impact on productivity, performance, profitability; as well a staff satisfaction, motivation and retention.

Meet Your Trainers

Paula Wadbrook 

Born into a family business, Paula has spent her career working in, and with, SMEs – from developing and managing teams, including franchises, to directorial positions. Joining the GM Business Growth Hub as a Business Advisor in 2019, her expertise lies in in leadership, team development and staff engagement, where she understands the broader picture from strategic, operational, process-driven and people-led perspectives. She is passionate about collaborating with organisations to foster sustainable growth through shared vision and values; team inclusivity; and customer, community and planet focus. 

Jeannie Paschalis 

Jeannie completed her Business Degree in Leeds and was the “Class of 2000”. She has had a range of roles in her career, waitress to restaurant General Manager, Learning and Development Lead, Performance Coach, a career in the Apprenticeship world and she built and operated a bistro in a Spanish Village.

Jeannie joined the GM Business Growth Hub in November 2023, and prides herself on bringing her past experiences into her current role. Jeannie is passionate about learning and development and believes it should be open to everyone, along with ensuring that people strategies are at the forefront of operational focus.
