Ready to elevate your yoga practice? This workshop-style course is designed to build your confidence, strength, and mobility as you explore the art of handstanding. Over four weeks, you’ll learn kick-ups, balance techniques, and how to safely incorporate handstands into your yoga flow. 👉 Come to one or come to all! Each session includes a yoga based, handstand specific warm up and cool down, mobility, shaping and conditioning drills, wall drills, partner work, and tailored coaching to support all levels—whether you're refining your balance or just learning to get upside down. 🙃🤸Perfect for:👌 Yoga practitioners who are curious about going upside down on their hands, want to build strength and control in inversions, or are looking to integrate handstands into their flow. 👌 Ideal for those ready to move beyond basics and explore playful, empowering movement with guidance and support.🙅‍♀️Not suitable for those with wrist or shoulder injuries. 📝Participants should be able to kick up to a handstand at the wall and feel comfortable working with a partner.About Karen:"With a deep passion for hand balancing and a love for movement in all its forms, I bring a playful and empowering approach to every class I teach.
